Turns out boredom breeds creativity
During the 2020 lockdown, I found myself with more time than usual and needed something productive to focus on. With a background in watchmaking, I wanted to create something entirely my own including the straps.
I bought a basic leatherworking kit and got started. It quickly became clear that leathercraft was far harder than YouTube made it look. After countless attempts, long hours, and more money than I care to admit.
I gave up, watch straps are far to bloody small.
Fortunately, I discovered a real passion for making wallets and belts pieces where craftsmanship, structure, and design came together naturally for me.
Six years on, I now produce some of the highest-quality handmade wallets in the North of England, built using traditional techniques and premium vegetable-tanned leathers.
